Since its first appearance in 1992, Luna Cornea, the journal of the Centro de la Imagen, has been showing the diversity of photography as a recording technique, resource of memory and medium of expression.
Thirty-two issues have documented the chosen theme in each case from a variety of perspectives.
Editorial RM has joined its efforts to the projects and proposals of Luna Cornea, whose issues have received international recognition.
The first fruits of this alliance was a monograph devoted to the life and work of Nacho Lopez, the most important photographer of the second half of the twentieth century. Future issues will explore, through the wide lens characteristic of the book-lenght issues of Luna Cornea, the cinematography of Gabriel Figueroa and the Tex-Mex universe.
