1.- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1 This webpage and all the material and information contained herein are the property of Editorial RM. By using these services, you tacitly accept that you understand our terms and conditions, that you agree to abide by them, and –if you are acting on behalf of any third party– that you have full authorization to do so.
1.2 By accepting the present contract you expressly declare that you are acting in full possession of your faculties, voluntarily and without duress. These Terms and Conditions may be consulted whenever you wish. If you do not accept them you should refrain from using the Editorial RM webpage.
1.3 Editorial RM reserves the right to substitute all of the conditions of use with others at any moment.
2.- CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PORTAL
2.1 Editorial RM offers users of its webpage access to a wide range of online resources for research and information purposes.
2.2 Editorial RM reserves the right to modify, at any moment and without prior notification, the presentation and configuration of the portal and the contents and services incorporated in it. The user understands and accepts that at any moment Editorial RM may interrupt, deactivate, or cancel any of the content and/or services that form part of the portal.
2.3 Editorial RM will make every effort to guarantee access to and availability of the portal twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year. Nevertheless, reasons of operational maintenance could lead to the suspension of the portal, interrupting services for the time deemed necessary for carrying out said maintenance with a view to offering optimal service.
2.4 Unless otherwise indicated in the conditions of use, access to and use of the portal is free of charge. Notwithstanding which, Editorial RM may cease to offer or place at the disposal of users certain content free of charge, and demand a fee for its access and use. Users will be given at least three day’s notice through new conditions of use regulating access to said content and services. You may refrain voluntarily from accessing or using those contents and services which involve the payment of any fee levied in accordance with the foregoing right.
2.5 The Editorial RM webpage may also contain optional surveys and questionnaires designed to gather information, as well as means by which users may submit queries. Participation in any of these surveys or questionnaires is always optional.
2.6 Editorial RM may also establish a range of new resources on its website in which the services and contents require the payment of a fee. The form and method of payment will be indicated expressly in the corresponding conditions of use.
2.7 The cost of telephone/internet service incurred by use of the portal, as well as any other cost apart from the availability of the portal itself, will be the responsibility of the user.

3.- REGISTRATION PROCESS
3.1 You undertake to provide true, exact, precise, and complete information concerning your identity for the purposes of registering to use our webpage. This information is used as part of the registration process and to provide you with identification as a user of our services, in order that you may voluntarily receive our electronic newsletter or any other notification of new projects from Editorial RM. If a user provides false, inexact, or incomplete information, or if Editorial RM has sufficient grounds to believe that said information is false, it reserves the right to cancel the account and deny access to, and present and future use of, the webpage and any of the content incorporated therein.

7.- PROVISION OF CONTENT BY USERS

Any of the parties may unilaterally terminate said relation at any moment by its own decision.
