1.- GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1 This webpage and all the material and information contained herein are the property of Editorial RM. By using these services, you tacitly accept that you understand our terms and conditions, that you agree to abide by them, and –if you are acting on behalf of any third party– that you have full authorization to do so.

1.2 By accepting the present contract you expressly declare that you are acting in full possession of your faculties, voluntarily and without duress. These Terms and Conditions may be consulted whenever you wish. If you do not accept them you should refrain from using the Editorial RM webpage.

1.3 Editorial RM reserves the right to substitute all of the conditions of use with others at any moment.

2.- CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PORTAL

2.1 Editorial RM offers users of its webpage access to a wide range of online resources for research and information purposes.

2.2 Editorial RM reserves the right to modify, at any moment and without prior notification, the presentation and configuration of the portal and the contents and services incorporated in it. 2.5 The Editorial RM webpage may also contain optional surveys and questionnaires designed to gather information, as well as means by which users may submit queries. Participation in any of these surveys or questionnaires is always optional.

Any of the parties may unilaterally terminate said relation at any moment by its own decision.
